Blank products

Unbranded items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back.

Branded products

Items decorated with your artwork are made to order and generally cannot be returned unless we made an error in decoration or sent the wrong product. Please approve artwork carefully before production.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion where we are at fault.
